What we do. Anderson Stays provides professional management for short-term and holiday lets: presenting the property, managing bookings and guests, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, pricing each night deliberately and reporting back plainly. Owners keep ownership, control and income — we carry the work.
How we assess a property. Not every property suits short-term letting, and requirements differ by market. We review suitability and the applicable local rules before accepting a property into management, and we provide registration and compliance support, or coordinate with the relevant professionals, where appropriate.
Where we're going. Anderson Stays is built to work across borders. As we enter new markets we adapt to local regulation without changing the standard of service behind it.
